Imperial Stout - 14% abv

Our flagship stout is also our favorite candidate for adjuncting due to it's perfect balance of malt sweetness and roasty finishing notes. After conditioning on a judicious amount of coffee, we transferred it on top of a bed of toasted coconut, honey soaked Macadamia, and a smattering of white chocolate to balance the deep, bold notes of fresh coffee and macadamia against the richness of coconut and honey.
