From brewer Matt Fantz, this gose is insanely soft, lightly tart and very balanced with bright spice and citrus flavors. Two bushels of fresh tomatillos were hand processed, and along with a case of lime skins were placed in the hopback and hot wort run over it on the way to the fermenter. This process keeps all the amazing fresh flavors from the ingredients intact and allows you to taste all the nuances of the tomatillos with the accent of lime.
