Party Dinosaur Caramel Apple

Nothing says fall like a crisp caramel apple. This party dino tried to capture all those flavors and feelings in a pint. Our sour ale base got a big dose of apple and is complimented by a sweet finish from the caramel, lactose, cinnamon, and vanilla. The tartness from their house yeast and a higher carb keeps this beer crisp but it still finishes smooth and sweet.
