They were able to snag a fresh pitch of critters from friends in Tennessee, Bootleg Biology! The new pitch gives a fresh, clean lactic acidity with a touch more yeast character from the co-pitch with a German Ale strain. With a delicious blend of fall spices and a big dose of apricot, this beer is making their mouths water...how about you?
