Tsar: Orange Cranberry

Imperial Stout - 10.2% abv

We shifted a few barrels of Tsar Czar Tzar to a small fermenter where we added over a pound per barrel of fresh fruit purees. Fermentation was finished up on that bed of cranberries and oranges, leaving us with a rich holiday treat.
