We've taken a roasty, luscious, and full bodied imperial stout and let it age on whole bean Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee from our friends at Six Shooter. You will find that the addition of light roasted Yirgacheffe dials up the chocolate and earthy notes of the stout while adding subtle notes of berries and Darjeeling tea.
